  will discuss the\nrelation between helicity and field structure\, and sho
 w how magnetic helicity\ncan be calculated directly from field line data. 
 Observations of the flow of\nhelicity into and out of the solar corona giv
 e information on both the solar\ndynamo and solar activity.
