DESCRIPTION:Hypersymplectic solutions arise in (2\,3) signature supergavit
 y\nin the context of solutions preserving 1/2 of the supersymmetry.\nWe fu
 rther investigate this supergravity\, and show that the\nhypersymplectic s
 tructures arise as a consequence of the existence\nof certain null endomor
 phisms associated with 1/4 supersymmetric\nsolutionsm\, and which exhibit 
 integrable properties.\nWe also consider other solutions preserving propor
 tions of\nsupersymmetry which cannot arise in the standard (1\,4) signatur
 e\ntheory
