DESCRIPTION:Celestial symmetry algebras arise from the OPEs of soft gravit
ons giving rise to the so-called `Lw_{1+\\infty} algebra'. This talk will
explain how this algebra can be &nbsp\;can be understood as the local stru
cture preserving local diffeomorphisms of twistor space. &nbsp\;This can b
e naturally deformed to yield analogues with cosmological constant followi
 ng&nbsp\;https://arxiv.org/abs/2403.18011. &nbsp\;We also give a brief int
roduction to twistor space actions to show how Noether arguments can be us
ed to obtain improved associated charge and flux integrals at null infinit
y as originally found by Friedel\, Pranzetti and Raclariu\; this is joint
work with Adam Kmec\, Romain Ruzziconi and &nbsp\;Akshay Yelleshpur-Srikan
t&nbsp\;https://arxiv.org/abs/2407.04028. &nbsp\;If there is time there wi
ll be some further open-ended discussion of open questions in celestial ho
 lography via twistor theory.
