DESCRIPTION:I will report on the on-going project with Omid Makhmali\, whe
 re we describe the background geometry underlying integrable dispersionles
 s systems of dimensions 5 and higher\, where the symbol of the equation is
  necessary degenerate. In dimension 5 this turns out to be the parabolic g
 eometry of type (A3\,P13) both elliptic and hyperbolic in real case. Twist
 or theory however takes a turn from complex geometry to 2-nondegenerate CR
  structures. In higher dimensions parabolic background becomes exotic\, an
 d such cases can be classified. I will explain what the corresponding nonh
 olonomic geometry is.
