DESCRIPTION:I will give an overview of the GW/DT correspondence for descen
 dents from the point of view of families of 3-folds. Many of the ideas wer
 e introduced more than a decade ago\, but the families perspective brings 
 up some new issues. I will also discuss the (few) cases which have been st
 udied.
