DESCRIPTION:I will survey recent progress on Chowla's conjecture on the co
 rrelations of the Möbius function. I will discuss some of the methods tha
 t have been used to approach this conjecture\, and how these methods have 
 turned out to be useful also for some other problems in additive combinato
 rics and ergodic theory. \n
