 SH\, Germany\n\n*Short Bio*: Philip Rosenstiel is the recipient of a Schle
 swig-Holstein Excellence Chair in Clinical Molecular \nBiology and Head of
  the Systems Immunology Group at the Institute of Clinical Molecular \nBio
 logy\, Kiel University since 2016. His research is focused on the interact
 ion of the intestinal \nmucosa with the resident microbiome as an explanat
 ory model of how the environment shapes \ndisease susceptibility. His team
  is specialized in chronic inflammation and investigates cellular\nand mur
 ine inflammation models as well as large scale patient cohorts using state
 -of-the-art \ngenomic techniques. He heads the Competence Centre for Genom
 ic Analysis\, which \nrepresents one of four German National NGS Sequencin
 g Hubs of the DFG. To date\, he has \npublished >450 articles in peer-revi
 ewed journals (H-index: 118 (Google scholar)\; citations: \n>90\,000). Amo
 ng other involvements\, Philip is coordinator of the Horizon Europe resear
 ch \nnetwork PerPrev-CID\, co-coordinates the IMI2 proposal ImmUniverse an
 d is member of the \nsteering board of the DFG Excellence Cluster Precisio
 n Medicine in Chronic Inflammation. He \nhas acquired >40 million EUR of g
 rant support. He has been elected as vice dean for research at the medical
  faculty of Kiel University and as head of the governing board for clinica
 l translational research of Kiel and Lübeck University (Precision Health 
 in Schleswig-Holstein\, PHSH). He acts as ad-hoc reviewer for journals (in
 cl. NEJM\, Nature\, Science\, Cell\, Immunity\, Cell Metabolism\, Nature I
