DESCRIPTION:Over the past decade\, psychedelic research has experienced re
markable growth\, with several Phase 3 clinical trials currently underway.
Despite these advancements\, the translation of psychedelic therapies int
o clinical practice faces significant challenges\, requiring rigorous scie
ntific investigation\, thorough legal and ethical analysis\, and extensive
interdisciplinary collaboration. This presentation will provide a compreh
ensive review of the latest advancements in Psychedelic and Empathogen-Ass
isted Therapy\, highlighting key findings and emerging trends in the field
. Special attention will be given to the establishment of the Cambridge Ps
ychedelic Research Group\, which\, in 2024\, received the first-ever Home
Office Schedule 1 Licence for the East of England\, marking a critical mil
estone in the integration of psychedelic research within the region. By ex

s with treatment-resistant mental health conditions\, the presentation wil
l emphasize the importance of continued research and the need for interdis
ciplinary collaboration in this rapidly evolving field.
