DESCRIPTION:On 23 April 2026\, we will convene for the first-ever Wolfson 
 Tool Factory meeting—an experimental workshop dedicated to the co-produc
 tion of theory-based management and consulting tools.\nThe idea is simple 
 but ambitious: To bring together social (systems) theorists and consultant
 s working with for-profit\, non-profit\, and public organisations in order
  to explore how advanced social theory can be translated into actionable\,
  market-ready instruments.\nRather than another academic seminar or practi
 tioner talk\, this will be a co-design session.\nThe focus of Wolfson Tool
  Factory sessions will lie on iIdentifying conceptual “raw materials” 
 from social systems theory\; developing prototypes of theory-based managem
 ent tools\; exploring viable modes of co-production between academics and 
 practitioners\; and discussing branding\, positioning\, and potential rout
