DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, the application of high-resolution spectroscopy
  on the study of molecular complexes is discussed. Included examples are m
 olecular complexes of intense atmospheric interests. We will show how mole
 cular structures of these complexes can be unambiguously determined\, and 
 how the internal dynamics of quantum tunnelling motions can be understood 
 based on detailed analysis of the spectrum.
