DESCRIPTION:Particles can be trapped at liquid interfaces. the fact that t
he particles protrude into a second phase changes the rules of the game by
which colloidal interactions are tailored\, and this will be discussed. S
trategies to affect the rheology of the interfaces will be discussed as we
ll how changing the surface rheological properties can be used to affect b
 reak-up and coalescence in emulsions.
