DESCRIPTION:An afternoon-long meeting about the Earth's core\, covering ev
 erything from seismology to fluid dynamics\, mineral physics and geochemis
 try. \nThis will be an opportunity to learn more about ongoing research on
  the deep Earth and to show what we might contribute to collaborative rese
 arch. \nThere will be talks by a variety of speakers and a break in the mi
