DESCRIPTION:I will describe a new approach to construction of exceptional 
 collections on homogeneous varieties of semisimple algebraic groups. Using
  this approach I will construct exceptional collections of the expected le
 ngth on all Grassmannians of classical groups. This is a joint work with S
