DESCRIPTION:Personalization of biophysical models consists in estimating p
 arameters from patient specific data. In this presentation\, various strat
 egies for the estimation of parameters of electromechanical models of the 
 heart will be covered. In particular the issue of observability will be ra
 ised since only a subset of biophysical parameters can be estimated from c
 ommon measurements. Personalization results of electrophysiological models
  from measured isochrones and mechanical models from cine MR images will b
 e presented.\n\n
