DESCRIPTION:Professor Sharon Andrew is an award winning teacher\, a schola
 r and a researcher with an international profile for her work in mixed met
 hods nursing and health research. Sharon has over 50 scholarly publication
 s including journal articles\, book chapters and a book. She co-edited the
  textbook _Mixed Methods Research in Nursing and the Health Sciences_ (And
 rew & Halcomb 2009) published by Wiley-Blackwell. Sharon was a guest edito
 r for the special issue _Mixed Methods in the Health Sciences for the Inte
 rnational Journal of Multiple Research Approaches_ (2011). Sharon has part
 icular interest in data integration in mixed methods research. Her present
 ation will focus on innovative ways of combining qualitative and quantitat
 ive data to best present a complete story for mixed methods research studi
 es.
