 ocial Change since 2001\, will be speaking about the Third Sector and othe
 r women's issues at Lucy Cavendish College for International Women's Day /
  RAG week.\n\nDebra is a member of the Charity Commission's SORP (Statemen
 t of Recommended Practice) Committee\, a member of Liberty (National Counc
 il for Civil Liberties)\, the Chair of the Small Charities Coalition\, a F
 ellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of the Arts\, Manufacture
 s and Science (FRSA)\, a Special Ambassador for Girlguiding UK\, and a mem
 ber of the Advisory Panel for the MSc in Voluntary Sector Management at Ca
 ss Business School\, City University. She also writes a regular column for
  Third Sector magazine and the Charity Times.  \n\nThis talk is one of a p
 rogramme of free events run by Lucy Cavendish College which are open to th
 e public. However\, places are limited so we advise that you book early to
