 *.\n\nIn less than a year the market for photovoltaics has moved from boom
  to bust. With an economic downturn and governments slashing spending in E
 urope\, subsidies for photovoltaics have been cut. Hamish Watson will be a
 rguing that photovoltaics will increasingly become an integrated building 
 material to power our cities locally\, as the added cost of photovoltaics 
 in buildings’ construction becomes marginal and so cost effective to ena
 ble photovoltaics to be subsidy free.\n
