DESCRIPTION:We shall report some recent progress on spectral and scatterin
g theory at low energy for the relativistic Schroedinger operators in the
massless case. Some striking properties of the operator will be exhibited:
  (1) the absence of the zero-energy resonances\; (2) the zero energy is no
t an accumulation point of embedded eigenvalues of the operator if 0 is no
t an eigenvalue. Low energy behavior of the wave operators and of the scat
tering operator will be presented. (This talk is based on joint work with
 Serge Richard.) \n\n
