DESCRIPTION:This talk will give the background and an overview to work on 
 the selection and engineering of IgG Fc regions for therapeutic applicatio
 ns. \n\nExamples will include selection of Fc regions for the commercially
  developed antibodies alemtuzumab (CD52)\, otelixizumab (CD3) and tanezuma
 b (NGF)\, as well as antibodies to the red cell antigen RhD\, and the plat
 elet alloantigen HPA-1a. \n
