DESCRIPTION:The Met Office's Unified Model (MetUM) is used across a wide r
 ange of spatial and temporal scales\, from very high resolution nowcasting
  to centennial climate predictions. Key to the accuracy and efficiency of 
 its predictions is the dynamical core. The scalability of the dynamical co
 re is becoming increasingly critical to the efficiency of the model as a w
 hole.\n\nAn update on the progress\, benefits and plans for the replacemen
 t dynamical core of the Met Office's Unified Model (ENDGame) will be given
  together with an overview of the project to design the next generation dy
 namical core for the the Unified Model (GungHo).\n\n
