DESCRIPTION:The Jochim group have managed to a few cold atoms in a harmoni
 c trap\, providing an ideal test bed for the simulation of electron correl
 ations. We investigate their setup using Full Configuration Interaction\, 
 and propose\nexperiments to demonstrate how magnetic transitions are effec
 ted by correlations.\n
