DESCRIPTION:Killing-Yano symmetry has played an important role
in the study of black hole physics since it was f
ound that in the Kerr spacetime it allows separati
on of variables for the Hamilton-Jacobi\, Klein-Go
rdon and Dirac equations. Due to the Killing-Yano
symmetry\, higher-dimensional vacuum black hole so
lutions possess similar integrability structure to
the Kerr black hole.\n\nIn this talk\, we discuss
Killing-Yano symmetry of charged\, rotating black
hole solutions of the five-dimensional minimal su
pergravity as well as abelian heterotic supergravi
ty. We will see that it leads us to introduce gene
ralised Killing-Yano symmetry by considering skew-
symmetric torsions which can be identified with ma
tter fluxes in the theories. We also see that the
generalised Killing-Yano symmetry shares almost id
entical properties with the standard one and impli
es the existence of important integrability struct
ure for these black hole solutions. Moreover\, we
attempt to classify all metrics (which are not nec
essarily solutions of Einstein's equation) admitti
ng generalised Killing-Yano symmetry\, which is ex
pected to provide an ansatz for exact solutions of
