DESCRIPTION:In 1990s Vogel introduced an interesting parametrisation of si
 mple Lie\nalgebras by 3 parameters defined up to common multiple and permu
 tations.\nNumerical characteristic of Lie algebra is universal if it can b
 e expressed\nrationally in terms of Vogel's parameters (example - dimensio
 n of Lie\nalgebra).  I will present new universal formulae for certain Cas
 imir\neigenvalues as well as for some quantities in Chern-Simons theory on
  a 3D\nsphere\, found jointly with Mkrtchyan and Sergeev.\n
