DESCRIPTION:Clathrin and adaptor protein (AP) complexes are the major comp
 onents of the coats on clathrin-coated vesicles (CCVs)\, but they are not 
 the only components. We are using a combination of comparative proteomics 
 and functional genomics to identify and characterise additional CCV machin
 ery\; and we are also investigating other AP complexes that are not associ
 ated with CCVs.\n
