DESCRIPTION:The Department of Sociology at the University of Cambridge is 
 pleased to host a one-day colloquium\,  Feminist Classics Revisited\, on F
 riday 17 May. This colloquium will be focused on Sex\, Gender and Society 
 by Ann Oakley. Beverley Skeggs (Goldsmiths)\, Jackie Scott (Cambridge)\, M
 arilyn Strathern (Cambridge)\, Sara Ahmed (Goldsmiths) and Ann Oakley (IOE
 \, University of London) are confirmed speakers for this event\, which wil
