DESCRIPTION:Justin Miles will be our speaker for the Cambridge Network bus
 iness lecture on Wednesday 17 April. Justin has a remarkable story of pers
 onal endurance\, overcoming debilitating injuries to become a ‘professio
 nal explorer’ with incredible tales to tell that are relevant both in ou
 r personal lives and the board room.\n\nA car accident resulted in brain i
 njuries leaving Justin Miles having to re-learn basic functions from walki
 ng to talking. During his self-designed and administered recovery plan\, J
 ustin came up with a crazy idea to change his life and become a 'professio
 nal explorer'\, using his adventures to support charities and to fuel an e
 ducation project. With that objective in mind he developed goals and then 
 set about turning his dream in to a reality.\n\nNow\, thirteen years on\, 
 Justin tackles some of the most challenging expeditions and adventures all
  over the globe in polar\, mountain\, desert and jungle regions. He uses h
 is experiences to fuel a nation-wide education initiative\, 'The Schools E
 xplorer' and to support the emergency medical charity Magpas.\n\nIn this e
 ntertaining thirty minute presentation Justin will introduce us to his lif
 e as an adventurer entwined with lessons that we can all use\, from our pe
 rsonal lives to the board room.\n\nJustin Miles is a motivational and insp
 irational speaker and has combined his time in the corporate and consultan
 cy arena with his experience in the world of extreme expeditions to design
  leadership and team development programmes\, workshops and activity based
