DESCRIPTION:Martin Wolf CBE is a British journalist\, widely considered to
  be one of the world's most influential writers on economics. He is the as
 sociate editor and chief economics commentator at the Financial Times. He 
 was awarded the CBE in 2000 "for services to financial journalism". He has
  been a forum fellow at the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in 
 Davos since 1999 and a member of its International Media Council since 200
 6. He was a member of the UK government's Independent Commission on Bankin
 g in 2010-2011. Martin's most recent publications are Why Globalization Wo
 rks and Fixing Global Finance. In 2012 he received the Ischia Internationa
 l Journalism Award.
