DESCRIPTION:Professor Stanley is a Fellow of Christ’s College and a Prof
 essor of Epithelial Biology in the Department of Pathology here in Cambrid
 ge. In 2004 she was awarded the OBE for services to Virology\, particularl
 y HPV infections and cervical cancer.\n\n\nHer research interests concern 
 the biology of the cervical epithelium and how and why cancer of the cervi
 x develops. In this talk she will be recalling the story of the battle aga
 inst HPV infections.\n
