DESCRIPTION:I will present a new technique for Higgs coupling measurements
 \, which decouples the poorly defined theoretical uncertainties associated
  to inclusive and exclusive cross section predictions. This will define an
  interface between the experimental and theoretical community and include 
 a concrete suggestion what experiments should publish in the future. It si
 mplifies the combination of multiple measurements and can be used in a mor
 e general setting. I will illustrate the approach with toy Higgs coupling 
 measurements and a collection of new physics models. At the end\, I will d
 efine a heuristic for the robustness of LHC measurements and new physics m
 odels to theoretical uncertainties.
