DESCRIPTION:I will discuss some recent extensions to the well known one-lo
 op integrand reduction and generalised unitarity methods to higher loops. 
 I will present a formalism valid in D-dimensions and apply it to the compu
 tation of a five-gluon two-loop amplitude in QCD.
