 Christian Mind.\n\nDr Hay specialises in industrial economics\, competitio
 n policy\, and has researched in Brazil\, China and the UK. Publications i
 nclude 'Industrial Economics and Organisation'\, and he is a Licensed Lay 
 Minister.\n\n*Professor Simon Deakin*\nProfessor of Law at the University 
 of Cambridge. \n\nProfessor Deakin specializes in labour law\, private law
 \, company law\, EU law and law and economics. He is also Director in the 
 Centre for Business Research and a recipient of the Allen & Overy prize fo
