DESCRIPTION:Come along to a Think-in and shape the WOW-Cambridge Festival\
 n \nThink-ins are the planning sessions that help collect the ideas for ev
 ents and topics to be included in the WOW-Cambridge Festival.  They are op
 portunities to meet\, network\, share your ideas and help identify the key
  themes for WOW-Cambridge.   \n \n \n \nWhen are the Think-ins?\n \nThere 
 are two Think-ins planned for:\n \n25th April – 12noon – 2pm – Unive

 idge. \n \n \n \n \n \nWhat is WOW? \n\nWOW (Women of the World Festival) 
 Cambridge is a festival that celebrates the achievements of women and girl
 s and also looks at the obstacles women face across the world.  There is a
 n arts and science programme\, and a whole range of talks and debates on t
 opics ranging from fashion and feminism\, quotas\, domestic violence\, rac
 e\, sex\, food\, women bishops and more in sessions for women\, men\, boys
  and girls. \n\n \n \nWOW-Cambridge is an opportunity for Cambridge to sha
 re its ideas and highlight our local priorities for promoting awareness an
 d understanding of issues affecting women here and around the world.\n \n 
 \n \nThe WOW-Cambridge festival will be taking place on 26th October 2014 
 and 6-8th March 2015.\n \n \n \nThe bigger picture\n \nWOW-Cambridge build
 s on the success of the WOW 2014 Festival at the Southbank Centre.   This 
 year’s programme featured wonderful talks\, workshops and performances\,
  from Dame Vivienne Westwood\, Malala\, Maggie Aderin-Pocock\, WoW Questio
 n Time\, speed-mentoring with Maxine Peake\, under-10s feminist corner\, t
 he politics of afro hair\, Shami Chakrabarti from Liberty\, Beyonce dance 
 class\, Baroness Doreen Lawrence and Ruby Wax\, to Katie Price … somethi
 ng for everyone! \n\n\n
