 bout immigration\, Bonnie Greer OBE explores how the UK’s cultural and e
 thnic diversity enriches our communities and how the UK benefits both soci
 etally and economically from its diversity.\n \nBackground\n \nBonnie is a
 n award winning author and playwright\, born in Chicago. She has lived and
  worked in London for the past 25 years.  In addition she is a Trustee of 
 the Serpentine Gallery\, a member of the Council and Artistic Advisory Com
 mittees of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) \,  a member of the Fr
 anco British Council and Deputy Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Brit
 ish Museum.  In 2013\, Bonnie was appointed Chancellor of Kingston Univers
 ity. \n  \nThe event will be hosted by the Vice Chancellor\, Sir Leszek Bo
