DESCRIPTION:David Stewart\, Head of Flight Sciences\, Hybrid Air Vehicles 
 will talk about the development of its airship technology and the Airlande
 r Project.\n\nThis lecture will explain exactly what an Airlander is and h
 ow it combines elements from traditional airships\, fixed wing aircraft\, 
 hovercraft and helicopters. David Stewart will talk about each of the majo
 r engineering sections\, aerodynamics\, propulsion\, materials\, etc. and 
 give an insight into some of the market opportunities that are seen for Ai
 rlanders. David will also talk about the development of the Airlander 10 a
 nd the progress on returning the vehicle to flight and finally a brief sum
 mary of a TSB funded project that is currently being worked on. \n\nTime: 
 Refreshments served from 19.00. Talk starts at 19.30. Ends by 21:00 follow
