DESCRIPTION:I will review some of the key science results from the 2015 Pl
anck data release of last week. One of the exciting results of 2014 was th
e BICEP2 detection of B-mode anisotropies. I will review the new joint ana
lysis of BICEP2/Keck Array/Planck data that quanties the level of polarize
d dust emission in the BICEP2 field. At present\, there is no convincing e
vidence of gravitational waves from inflation. The Planck 2015 results are
consistent with simple single-field models of inflation\, with purely adi
abatic perturbations and low tensor-to-scalar ratio of r<0.09.
