 om Prof Jaideep Prabhu\, Professor of Indian Business & Enterprise\,  Judg
 e Business School. \n\nMike was part of the small team that developed and 
 delivered the company's groundbreaking Plan A\, a 100-point\, 5-year plan 
 to address a wide range of environmental and social issues. He helps provi
 de the vision and the energy to affect change and ensure a leading but eff
 icient approach to sustainability across the company. Jaideep has substant
 ial experience working in international business\, having consulted for ma
 ny global companies including ABN Amro\, BT\, IBM\, ING Bank\, Nokia\, Phi
 lips\, Shell\, Vodafone and Xerox. His research areas focus on marketing\,
