DESCRIPTION:Since the UK has no codified constitution\, nothing can be unc
 onstitutional. This has advantages and disadvantages. Flexibility is an ad
 vantage. Two disadvantages are lack of rights protection and lack of longs
 tops to prevent unintended consequences. Nobody intended to produce a UK m
 inus Scotland outside the EU and an independent Scotland inside it\; but t
