DESCRIPTION:Given a discrete Langlands parameter of a reductive p-adic gro
 up I conjecture the existence\nof a perverse l-adic sheaf on the stack of 
 G-bundles on the curve we defined and studied in our joint work with\nFont
 aine. I will explain this conjecture\, some consequences and some motivati
 ons.
