DESCRIPTION:User experience is no longer just the remit of designers. Ever
 ything from server infrastructure\, to API design\, to a single button int
 eraction can affect the experience of the things we design and build.\nWhe
 n the whole team is responsible for UX\, it’s a difficult job to keep ev
 eryone working to the same standard\, with the same vision for what a good
  user experience looks like in mind. So\, what do we do when our team dyna
 mic is confusing our user experience? What happens when we struggle to mot
 ivate our clients and colleagues to work towards the same goals?\nThe real
 ity is\, style guides and better documentation can only take us so far. We
  need everyone to work together\, and buy into the vision we have for our 
 product\, service or website to create a consistent experience for our use
 rs.\nDuring this talk I’ll describe the symptoms of a dysfunctional team
 \, and the methods we can employ as individuals to remedy them. I’ll exp
 lain the qualities we need in our team\, and the qualities we need as team
  members\, to make our our user experience successful.
