DESCRIPTION:About Dr Francesca Cesari\n\nFrancesca Cesari is Chief Biologi
 cal Sciences Editor at Nature\, overseeing editorial content and managemen
 t of the biological science section of Nature.  She has a Master with hono
 urs in Molecular Biology from University of Rome “La Sapienza”\, Italy
 \, and obtained her Ph.D. from the Institute of Cell Biology in Tübingen\
 , Germany\, where she also began her post-doctoral work. She completed her
  post-doctoral work at The Wellcome Trust/Cancer Research Gurdon Institute
  in Cambridge\, UK. Prior to joining Nature she was a Senior Editor of Nat
 ure Reviews Molecular Biology and briefly worked at Nature Cell Biology as
  a Senior Editor. She was the Stem Cell and Development Editor at Nature f
 or some years before her appointment to Chief Biological Sciences Editor i
 n 2014.
