 lls workshop which is given by people from BP who are recent Cambridge Mat
 hematics graduates. \n\nGraduate recruiters use extended hiring processes 
 with application forms\, competency based interviews and assessment centre
 s. We'll discuss the attributes that companies value in a prospective empl
 oyee\, explore why companies ask the questions they do and how you can mak
 e your responses as effective as possible.\n\nThis event is mainly aimed a
 t penultimate and final year undergraduates\, but is open to anyone wantin
 g to improve their knowledge and skills in preparation for graduate interv
