DESCRIPTION:In this private consultation\, we will work together to draft 
 a tactical plan for your open innovation program. We will discuss and defi
 ne the vision\, scope\, and problem statement as a basis for an innovation
  program you or your institution are planning to organise. We will also sk
 etch out a definition of success\, and identify the people and resources (
 both tangible and intangible) available for supporting your innovation pro
 gram.\n\nFollowing on from this\, we will together draft a stage-gated pro
 cess by which to gather\, refine\, and filter ideas\, and by which top ide
 as will be identified and readied for implementation. This draft plan will
  serve as a starting point on which you may involve other colleagues\, to 
 further refine and soon deploy your own open innovation program.\n\nThis c
 onsultation is aimed at those who are interested in developing and deployi
 ng a formal innovation and ideation process within their teams or their ow
 n target audiences (i.e. students\, staff\, alumni\, wider community\, gen
