 e of food challenge our basic understanding of what we eat? These are just
  some of the questions that will be addressed by leading experts from a ra
 nge of disciplines at June’s Horizon Seminar to be held at the Centre fo
 r Mathematical Sciences\, Cambridge. This Seminar will focus on four key a
 reas of food related research: health\; nutrition\; food technology\; and 
 the environmental and social aspects of food.
