DESCRIPTION:How does LHC sensitivity designed around simplified models map
onto realistic SUSY scenarios? After reviewing recent public ATLAS/CMS co
nstraints\, I'll present interpretations in terms of a 19-parameter 'pheno
menological' MSSM and discuss lessons we can learn from such studies. As S
USY searches confront the LHC energy ceiling\, what will shape future sear
ches given the dearth of signals? Higher luminosity will help probe the el
ectroweak sector beyond LEP bounds. I'll discuss experimental challenges f
or detecting low energy 'soft' decay products\, such as the Barr-Scoville
strategy for discovering weak-scale scalar leptons. \n
