 t of the Buddhist practice. This involves taking a closer look at one's ow
 n cravings and discerning what is really necessary and beneficial. In this
  talk\, Simon Neale will explain what renunciation means in the Buddhist c
 ontext\, how it benefits one's practice and how to apply it to our own liv
 es. This session will also include a guided meditation. This talk is part 
 of the “Graduated Path to Awakening” talk series given by Simon Neale.
 \n\nSimon has been a meditator for over 30 years\, and he is also an excel
 lent teacher who kindly gave many valuable teachings in our past events. S
 adly\, Simon will be leaving Cambridge soon\, and this Saturday's talk wil
 l be the last chance to listen to him while he is here.
