 Recent developments of fast algorithms\, based on operator splitting\, aug
 mented Lagrangian\, and alternating minimization\, enabled us to revisit s
 ome of the variational image inpainting models.  In this talk\, we will pr
 esent some fast algorithms for Euler&#39\;s Elastica image inpainting mode
 l\, and variational edge-weighted image colorization model based on chroma
 ticity and brightness models. Main ideas of the models and algorithms\, so
 me analysis and numerical results will be presented.&nbsp\;</span>
