DESCRIPTION:We describe the nano-texturing of transparent semiconductor ox
ide (TCO) materials such as titanium dioxide using pattern replication in
 non-wetting templates (PRINT)[1]. A variety of TCO patterns on a < 100 nm
scale can be replicated over a > 10 cm**2 scale with PRINT in conjunction
with a sol-gel route to the TCO. The calcinated product retains the orig
inal mold features and may be useful in energy\nconversion applications.
Preliminary results with organic polymer-based photovoltaic devices will b
 e included.\n\n1. Rolland et al.\, J. Am. Chem. Soc. 127 (28)\, 10096 -101
