DESCRIPTION:While many examples and special cases of Riemannian submersion
 s are known\, a general classification of the Riemannian submersions from 
 a given Riemannian manifold is not known\, even for space forms.  In this 
 talk\, a method is proposed for producing this classification and it is ca
 rried out in some dimensions for space forms.\n\n\n
