As part of the University’s Leadership and Management development programme we run a series of Masterclasses given by people in senior leadership positions outside the University. The aim of the sessions is for senior administrative and academic staff to gain an understanding of different leadership styles and to hear how different people see their role as a leader in a variety of different and often challenging situations.
