Abstract
The Development of Islamic Military Traditions 7-11th Centuries AD
Dr. Nicolle is a renowned scholar of medieval military history, particularly that of the Middle East. He is the author of numerous publications for both academic and general readership. He is currently working on a history of the Second Crusade.
